The next Pokemon TCG expansion is set to join us in the coming weeks, though until then we’re going to have to lap up all the Temporal Forces spoilers and card list we’ve got so far.
With the Temporal Forces release date set for late March, we’ve still got a bit of a way to go until we get official confirmation of all the cards that are coming. We know that there’s going to be 162 cards included in the set, with some notable inclusions of Genger ex, a new Drampa reprint, and a an Iron Crown ex too.
Temporal Forces Spoilers
So far, these are the only official spoilers which The Pokémon Company have shared with us via its card reveals. The most interesting addition to the Pokémon TCG is the return of ACE SPEC cards, can only be played once in a deck. As the effects of ACE SPEC cards are far stronger than other Item cards, there needs to be some sort of compromise with them. In particular, the Neo Upper Energy card lets you attach 2x Energy to a Stage 2 ‘Mon of any type, or a single Energy if not.

There’s also been some fantastic new art from some very talented illustrators. The Drampa illustration by Mékayu is a particular favourite of mine, and it’s definitely a card I’m going to be looking out for when the set drops later in March.
